What’s in the Fanny Pack? 20 – 30 minutes Walk/Stroll/Urban Hike

This post is the first of my “What’s In the Pack” series. Today’s post is what I carry for a short 20-30 minute walk/stroll/urban hike.

Distance:
1.2 – 1.5 miles

Time:
20-30 Minutes

Drink:
Hydrated before and carried protein shake along the way other I’d bring 20oz of water. I always recommend bringing water wherever you go.

Food:
No snack is needed since it is a short distance. The walk can be a refrigerator break or walking to earn the snack that you were already planning to eat.

WHAT’S IN THE FANNY PACK?

Sanitizer (travel-size)
Sunscreen 45 SPF
Spare Hair Tie
Lens Cloth (clean glasses)
Keys
Wallet (ID/Credit Card/Cash)
Tissues (allergies are real)
Cell Phone: Google Pixel 3L, remember to keep it stored and away. Enjoy the time away from a screen.
Chapstick with SPF
Red Lipstick for a bit a color

ABOUT MY FANNY PACK

I’m using the Muscle Nation Leopard pack that I received for free with their annual Black Friday promotion. I wish I had more of these in different colors or designs.

SEND ME YOUR FAVORITE FANNY PACKS!

If you have any favorites, please email me at hikeandlift@gmail.com. I can compile the cutest fanny packs to purchase for your walks, strolls, and hikes. Cheers!

REMINDER: LEAVE NO TRACE BEHIND

Lastly, please remember to leave LEAVE NO TRACE BEHIND and leave it better than you found it. Pack your trash. You brought it in, and you can take it out and properly dispose of it.
