This post is the first of my “What’s In the Pack” series. Today’s post is what I carry for a short 20-30 minute walk/stroll/urban hike.
1.2 – 1.5 miles
Hydrated before and carried protein shake along the way other I’d bring 20oz of water. I always recommend bringing water wherever you go.
No snack is needed since it is a short distance. The walk can be a refrigerator break or walking to earn the snack that you were already planning to eat.
